I am an operator. I teach women how to build real, profitable local service businesses because that is exactly what I do every single day.

I arrived in the UK in 2003, exactly one day after earning my Business Management degree in Poland. But a university textbook doesn't hand you clients, cash flow, or a team in a new country. I had to take that academic theory and test it in the real world, building actual, profitable systems from scratch.

• 2006: Launched and ran my first retail business.

• 2011: Built a successful health and fitness brand from the ground up.

• 2023: Started a solo cleaning business. Within four months, I built the operations and hired a full team to run it.

• 2024: Launched a limited house clearance company.

I see too many capable women buying generic business courses from people who have never run a physical service business.
